I like Orks. Definitely my favorite non-humans.
There's just something about them. The rough honor, the simplicity, the brutality.
Not like those namby-pamby elves. Or like those grumpy, boring dwarves. And nothing like those runty halflings. Good for nothing but barbeques.

My favorite Orks are the Warhammer 40.000 Orks. I'm currently fielding a 1500 (more or less) point ork Waaagh! under command of Warboss Ashnak. (I'm planning a Imperial Guard Penal Regiment too - 12th Helheimers)

Close second is the Orks from Mary Gentle's book: Grunts. I take the names for my greenskins from this book. The runts in this book is not too bad though...

On third is John Wick's Orkworld, even though his orks are a little odd. Loved the book, and the art, but it makes the orks too noble and nice.
